Service terms
GoClean schedules solar cleaning and support services against your selected plant and plan. Tentative dates become confirmed only when shown as confirmed in the app. Reschedule, cancellation, included-service and charge consequences are shown before you submit a change.
Proof and verification
Field proof, meter readings and completion OTP status are reviewed by GoClean Care. Sharing an OTP does not itself complete a service. The service becomes complete only after Care approves the required proof.
Privacy
We use account, plant, booking, support, payment and service-proof information to deliver and document your services. Customers do not receive private Crew or Engineer contact details; operational calls use GoClean Care or an approved relay. Access is restricted by role and logged where required.
